Refund policy
We accept returns or exchanges for eligible orders that are unwashed, unused, and free from stains, odors, or debris. Please note that returns not meeting our quality control standards cannot be accepted, modified, or exchanged, in adherence to health and safety regulations.
For a full credit refund or exchange, returns should be postmarked within 10 business days from the initial delivery. Orders returned after 30 days may not be accepted, modified, or exchanged. In case of any suspected errors with your order, kindly contact our Customer Service before initiating a return.
Include your name, sales order number, and contact information in the return package. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping and handling.

Upon receiving your return at our offices, it will be processed in the order received. For custom-made orders, a minimum restock or remake fee of $50.00 may apply. Any change in style may result in a cost difference, and if necessary, you will be contacted for payment. Refund requests will be processed to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Kindly reach out to Customer Service for any inquiries before initiating a return.
